The Kodiaks Organization is a non-profit society that has a unique opportunity to fundamentally change how football is delivered in Northern BC and create a developmental pathway that will attract, retain and train the future stars of the Kodiaks while growing the sport into smaller communities such as Williams Lake, Quesnel, Smithers, Terrace, Prince Rupert, etc.
A key pillar for the organization is to act as a governing body for more than just Junior Football and to provide the proper resources through Coaching and Coach Mentoring, Clinics and Training, Player Development, and new and exciting leagues and programs that will create a Northern Football model that meets the needs of all players from 6 to 22 year olds, while adopting the best in class models that fit Northern BC.
The Kodiaks will provide lasting community improvements for not just football athletes but all youth in Northern BC and access to create more youth recreational space to ensure safe, healthy and dedicated space for athletes to participate and be active.
In the end… the Kodiaks are here for our youth!
